Located in Wollert, Kavita Dabb Dance Academy is a vibrant and dynamic dance school that offers a fusion of various dance styles, including Bollywood fusion styles, Bhangra, Gidda, Bharat Natyam, and more. With a focus on providing an inclusive and positive environment, the school welcomes students of all ages and skill levels.
At Bollywood Fusion at Kavita Dabb Dance Academy, students have the opportunity to explore and learn different dance styles, from classical to hip-hop. The experienced and passionate instructors at the school strive to provide high-quality dance education to their students, ensuring that they not only learn the technical aspects of dance but also develop their creativity, self-expression and confidence.
The dance academy offers a diverse range of classes to cater to different age groups and interests. On Monday and Wednesday evenings, children aged between 8 and 13 are trained in Bollywood dance styles at an advanced level. Young children aged 5 to 8 can participate in the Bollywood Fusion class on Monday evenings at intermediate level choreography and on Tuesdays at beginner's level choreography. Additionally, students of all ages can explore the art of Bharat Natyam on Saturday. A very special batch is run for 3 to 5-year-old children at a beginner's level – this batch is run for kids who are in kindergarten and prep year in school. Teens' classes are run on Fridays, where advanced-level choreographies are taught in various genres. A fun ladies' batch is run on Fridays, where warm-up and cardio-based training are offered with learning new dance choreographies.
For those who prefer weekends, there are Gidda classes on Sundays for ages 9 to 13, and a Bhangra class are run from 5 pm to 6 pm.
In addition to regular classes, Bollywood Fusion at Kavita Dabb Dance Academy also provides opportunities for students to perform in festivals, programmes, and competitions. This allows students to showcase their skills, build their stage presence, and gain valuable performance experience.
